Return Policy

We at Memory Lamps of Beverly(Nanci's Int'l Jewellery Chest LLC) stand behind our products and will make every effort to correct any issues which may arise from defective product. Upon receipt of package, inspect for any visible signs of damage. All damages sustained through shipping carrier must be filed directly with that carrier.  For all other returns...if a product has been authorized for return, customer is requested to properly pack and ship product using original packaging to: Memory Lamps of Beverly c/o Nanci's Int'l Jewellery Chest LLC  280 Cabot Street  Beverly, MA 01915  Once item has been received and verified, customer can receive a full credit of product, along with return shipping cost, or a replacement and credit on return shipping cost. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds (other than those listed in our return policy) must be requested within 15 days of receipt of product. Item or items must be in their original packaging and their original salable condition. If item is being shipped back, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Prior authorization is required.
